Mother Teresa once said, “We can do no great things, only small things with great love.”

That quote holds so true in my life. I made my move to Charleston in July 2010 to join the ABC News 4 team. As co-anchor of Good Morning Charleston and Lowcountry Live, its my job to bring viewers the news every morning. Concise, clear, and accurate.

I can’t change lives through the television, but I do use what I do as a springboard to help. That said, community involvement is a big part of what I do everyday.

At the age of 26, Laura Harris is the youngest news anchor in the market. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, Summa Cum Laude, where she played Division I collegiate soccer for all four years of school. Laura is originally from Jonesboro, GA where her family still lives.
